The furniture must not be assembled. Please ensure you check for any faults or missing pieces before starting to build the furniture.

Provide a detailed description of the fault, along with any supporting photographs if possible.
Our team will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to return the item to us.
Packaging
Ensure that the item is securely repackaged in its original packaging.
Include all parts, accessories, and documentation that came with the item.
Assessment and Refund
Once we receive the returned item, our quality control team will assess the fault.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer you a full refund or a replacement, depending on your preference and stock availability.
Non-Eligible Returns
Items that have been assembled or used.
Items that are returned without their original packaging or missing parts.
